TextTerm+Graphics uses Apple's built in Communication Toolbox for connections and file transfer. Some of the tools are available from Apple and installed with there system software or upgrades. All of the tools are installed in your extensions folder, so make sure that you have the tools you need.

  8. For Internet access, you need:

  10.        • MacTCP or OpenTransport provided with your Mac OS and configured correctly. 
  11.        • Internet access via your ethernet port, or a SLIP or PPP connection via a modem; eg. MacSLIP or
  12.          FreePPP. 
  13.        • ATelnet tool; eg. TGE TCP Tool. 
  14.        • File transfer tools; eg. Kermit, XMODEM, ZMODEM, YMODEM, Text. 
  15.        • For FTP file transfers, the Fetch application is one of the most widely used.

  22.        • File transfer tools; eg. Kermit, XMODEM, ZMODEM, YMODEM, Text.
